SWAT Commanders & Team Leaders Quarterly Meetings

The Indiana SWAT Officer Association's SWAT Commanders and Team Leaders Quarterly Meetings are an ongoing series of regularly scheduled meetings of SWAT Commanders and Team leaders from various agencies around Indiana.

Unit Commanders and team Leaders exchange information and ideas on tactics and equipment, discuss available resources, debrief operations, announce upcoming training and establish and maintain good working relationships.

One of the primary goals of the ISOA has been to foster relationships and promote the exchange of information within the tactical community. When we examine recent major tactical incidents that occurred throughout the country, we recognize the importance of mutual aid agreements between local SWAT teams. This type of gathering can only help foster closer working relationships in the tactical community and establish a foundation for possible aid agreements. 

ISOA membership is not required to attend but our meetings are only open to sworn law enforcement officers! Pre-registration is required.
